A: In most
cases this from using an AOL browser. To fix this you need to use
Internet Explorer to view this page. To do this, once you are signed
on to AOL you need to go to your Internet explorer Icon. The Icon
is usually located on the desktop. If not there then it will be
located in programs section of your start menu.
Q:
I have purchased a membership but I still do not have access
to all the features?
A: When
you purchase your membership you are given a pin code and there
is a link to redeem this pin code located at the bottom of you purchase
screen. If you closed this window before redeeming than your membership
has not been upgraded. You will need to contact the site administrator
so that a manual upgrade can be done.

Will my personal information be safe?
A: Yes,
all of your information is kept in a secure encryption area. Even
when you send a message to someone they do not see your e-mail address.
